Our modern and cozy guest home provides a quiet and private stay. Whether you are in town for work or leisure, this space is in an excellent location with free street parking, easy access to LAX and convenient to local destinations such as Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Century City, Beverly Hills, Playa Vista, Culver City, Downtown LA, and Hollywood. Please note: furniture, couch covers, pillows, rugs, bedding, etc may update and differ slightly from photos The space One bedroom guest house features polished concrete floors with large rugs, new cabinets and appliances. The home was competed in 2020 and has all modern conveniences. Amenities include: queen bed with luxury mattress, desk area in bedroom, small closet and drawer space, and linens, hair dryer and toiletries in the bathroom. The living space includes a fully equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee pot, microwave, stove, oven and refrigerator, sectional sofa, large screen smart TV with Prime Video, Disney +, Netflix, HBOMax, AppleTV apps and Wi-fi access. Hot tub and rooftop deck with firepit are available to use with reservation. There is ample shared outdoor space with quiet hammock and sitting area and dining table in a lush green and shaded setting. Guest access The property has a hot tub and rooftop deck, both can be used with advance (12 hour) notice. Please note that while there are privacy shades, the guest home looks onto the shared yard with the main residence which has large windows. We ask for notice of using hot tub so we can provide you privacy. The home is accessed through a driveway gate with a keypad lock and you will receive keys to enter the unit. Other things to note Please note that the hot tub is serviced weekly on Wednesdays and the yard is tended by a gardener on Thursdays. Trash is picked up Fridays and we ask that you throw out all trash Thursday evening in the appropriate trash bin. Cleaning of the unit occurs every other Wednesday and cleaning fee is include in rental price. Tenant agrees to allow cleaners access to the space. There is no laundry facilities, but sheets and linens can be exchanged for clean linens weekly on Wednesdays.
