“Sa Dommo de Veneranda” - house in the historic center

The house is located in the historic center of Orosei. Just 2 km from the sea, easily accessible on foot, by bicycle and car, Orosei has 7 km of beach, a crystal clear sea and a white sand with a unique and unspoiled landscape. The location is excellent for experiencing the nightlife of the town up close by following the numerous folklore and food and wine events organized during the summer. I.U.N. Code: R3485 The space The house is spread across two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom 'Sa Castanza' (so called for the chestnut bed) and a small outdoor space. On this floor there is also a large living room with a 12-seat table, the central part of the house, overlooking a second small outdoor space. At the end of the living room you can access the laundry room and the spiral staircase that leads to the first floor. In the latter there is a bathroom with shower and two characteristic rooms: - a double bedroom 'Sa Boveda' (so called from the characteristic Catalan vaulted ceiling of the fifteenth century) - a room with two single beds 'Sa posta Vetza de Mannai' (so called because in the 1800s it was the post office of the town). The house also has a small laundry room. Other things to note The accommodation tax of the Municipality of Orosei is €1.00 per person per day to be paid at the time of check-in.
