La Casa de los Pinos

Ideally located in Vallromanes, a small village surrounded by nature just 25 mins from Barcelona and 10 mins from the Circuit de Catalunya. It has its own heated pool and a garden with beautiful mountain views. It is ideal for family vacations. It is an ideal village for hiking, cycling, golf and pitch and put. There are also several riding stables and a spa. The town has small supermarkets, pharmacy, bars and several restaurants. The space Detached house with 2 bedrooms, office with sofa bed, living room, bathroom, kitchen and a small closed garage. Outside you will find a chill-out area with heated swimming pool. The water temperature is about 27-30 degrees depending on the period of operation (between the end of March and the end of September). There is also a lawn area and a terrace/solarium. There is an outside table for eating outside. There is no daily cleaning service, but a thorough cleaning is done before each rental. If a cleaning service is required during the stay it can be requested, but it has an additional cost. In the house there are basic things, at least to last a few days: cooking oil, salt, spices, coffee, shower gel & shampoo, toilet paper for WC. Other things to note Our cat lives outside (she stays there because she doesn't like traveling...). She has her own private space, enclosed outside the house, with her food and water bowls. Don't worry, she's very independent and won't bother you :) No entry is permitted to persons outside the reservation. By municipal regulations, barbecues and any type of fire activity such as bonfires or firecrackers are not permitted. Parties and loud music are not permitted outside. It is essential to refrain from making noise during quiet hours. This is a residential area, for those seeking tranquillity and nature. The tourist tax must be paid separately, as we are required to pay it to the regional government. The price is €1 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days. Children up to the age of 16 (inclusive) are exempt from this tax.
