Pelican Point -Lake Worth Beach

Step into this ocean paradise, locally known as Pelican Point. The space was designed to provide a tranquil setting for guests while providing all the best tech and amenities of home. The location is a very short walk to downtown restaurants and nightlife. It’s also just a mile to the sand at Lake Worth Beach. It’s an amazing community! The space A colorful ambiance created by the faux fireplace in the living room. It’s the perfect place to relax or to catch your favorite shows on the 75” flat screen tv. There’s a king size bed in the master bedroom with a 50” flat screen tv. Jam out on the guitar in the second bedroom that’s made for all ages. It has a twin size bed over full size bed with an additional twin trundle bed that pulls out below. The room is also equipped with a 50” flat screen, two gaming chairs for the Playstation 4 with over 25 games to choose from! Guest access This listing is for the entire home. It includes a front porch to relax outside and a washer/dryer in the side laundry room. We provide towels for the beach, a sweet longboard to catch some waves, body board, skim board, a few balls to choose from, and two beach chairs. The back yard is currently being transformed for future use and is closed to guests. Other things to note We provide a Keurig coffee maker with a few flavors of coffee K-pods. There’s also plenty of sugar and both vanilla/regular creamers provided. Four Fiji waters are in the fridge to wash down some of the candy provided. There’s shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, hand soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, plenty of towels, paper towels, and plenty of toilet paper. This is all complimentary for you to use during your stay. Each bed has at least one firm and one down alternative pillow.
