There is a strict no smoking policy, absolutely no illegal substances. No additional non-registered guests / visitors without prior approval. No loud parties or noise after 11pm or before 7am - please respect our kind neighbors. Please do not use the indoor fireplace, it is for decoration only. Please treat this home gently as if it were your own. It was designed for comfort, tranquility and entertaining. Guests will receive a unique access code to the front door prior to arrival, and will have exclusive access to the property, including the waterfront. Guests will NOT have access to the following: Boats, jet skis, garage, master bedroom closet, 2nd bedroom closet, first floor utility closets and a 3 out of the many of the kitchen cabinets (which are clearly labeled). It is our intention to give our guests access to everything they need, while at the same time maintaining our privacy and security.
