Our 2026 off peak prices have also remained frozen at our 2025 price of just £55 per night. Please note, the prices you see now include the Airbnb fees, they have included them in our nightly price. I can book a heavily discounted ferry for only £75 return for a standard sized car & up to five passengers with Wightlink Ferries, subject to availability. Pricing includes rental of the accommodation, full cleaning, fresh linen hire, luxurious Turkish bath & hand towels, face cloths, free wi-fi, all in one shampoo & body wash, conditioner, hand washes, washing up liquid, washing up and cleaning materials, kitchen towel, foil, cling film, cooking oil, gas, electricity & water. Airbnb fees are now included in the overall price you see, they no longer separate everything out. Patio doors open onto our veranda allowing the sea breeze to sweep through. The veranda offers breath-taking views over the bay, providing the ideal backdrop for a morning cuppa or evening drinks. Meals can be had outside too on our lovely rattan dining table & chairs. Come & enjoy terrific views of the sea & woodlands when you stay with us and enjoy a peaceful break. Located in the 'Beachlands' area, our lovely 38ft x 12ft two bedroom caravan with three beds is sited in a premium location at the beautiful Thorness Bay Holiday Park under Parkdean Resorts, near Cowes, Isle of Wight. The caravan sleeps four people in total. The caravan has two bedrooms (master bedroom has a double bed, dressing table and en-suite), second bedroom has two small single beds. There are three wardrobes in the main bedroom and one in the twin bedroom all with hangers for your use. A hairdryer with USB charging point is in the main bedroom too. The en-suite has a hand wash for your use. There will also be one toilet roll in the en-suite for when you arrive. The main bathroom has a decent sized walk in shower, handbasin, toilet, full sized bath & a heated towel rail, hand wash, all in one shampoo & body wash and conditioner, all for your use. There will also be one toilet roll in the bathroom for when you arrive. You will need to provide further toilet rolls. Please note, no smoking or vaping is allowed in or near our caravan. A first aid kit is located in the kitchen. Please report all accidents to reception and replace items that you use from this kit. Thank you. Important notice: by order of the management of Parkdean Resorts, electric and hybrid vehicles cannot be charged anywhere on our site. Please also note e-scooters are not allowed on Parkdean Resorts sites. Our kitchen has a full sized integrated fridge freezer, four burner gas hob, grill & oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, fire blanket & fire extinguisher, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The dining area has padded seating for four at our dining table and you can enjoy seaviews. Our lounge area has two small sofas and an armchair, coffee table, Smart Freeview TV with a dvd/Blu-ray player. There are some dvds for you to use. All the paintings inside the caravan have been painted by owner Roger Hutchins. Directly opposite our caravan is a path that leads onto the meadow area and also down to the private beach. Although a pebble beach, at low tide it is great for collecting shells, crabbing and trying to spot old fossils! The woodland and meadow opposite our caravan are a dedicated Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), we regularly see red squirrels, hares, pheasants and the occasional badger. On the beach there are a wide variety of sea birds and wading birds such as Terns and Little Egrets. There are some wildlife books in our caravan to help you identify the animals that you might see. Behind the caravan is a large grassy area perfect for children to play and run around safely away from the roads. We are within walking distance of the entertainment complex, swimming pool, fish & chip shop, Nisa shop & laundrette. Facilities at this park: 1. Close to private beach 2. We now also provide hand and bath towels for your use, we continue to ask that you provide your own towels for the beach/swimming pool, thank you. Guest access Guests can access the entire caravan. Other things to note Please note that if you wish to use the swimming pool and indoor entertainment, hub passes are required which can be purchased from reception, I.D. is now required. Passes are not required to use the boathouse bar & restaurant or the arcades. Hub passes are now date stamped and colour coded and are only valid for up to 7 nights. Guests staying longer than 7 nights will need to purchase additional passes. Please see listing photos for the prices of hub passes. Outdoor entertainment is free. Please note, the caravan is under a lot of oak trees, whilst this provides great shade in hot weather, branches and acorns will fall onto the roof of the caravan which simply cannot be avoided. This can be said for a lot of caravans on this site. Please note the site is shut from early November until the end of March each year. There’s no facilities during this period, no restaurants, no bars, no fish and chip shop, no entertainment and no shop.
