You will dine with an ocean view after making meals in the charming, fully equipped kitchen. Doors to the upper-story deck, with its privacy screen and gas barbecue, give you the easy option of al fresco dining or watching the sun set in the waves. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time. Opening times, closing times, and availability are controlled by the HOA and not Meredith Lodging. Other things to note Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children and infants) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description. Parking Instructions: 2 cars maximum There is a $60 non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Bayshore Clubhouse facilities (Pool) available to guests for a fee during the summer season. The last day of the 2022 pool season will be Sunday, September 26th. Closed until next Summer. *If applicable, pool and or other public spaces’ availability and fees are set by the local home-owner association. Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
