We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. The bill should be paid before leaving the property. - A deposit of 10,000 THB will be collected upon check in. Your deposit will be refunded in full on check-out day, subject to an inspection of the property. - You have the choice to pay the electricity independently or having it deducted from your deposit as it is convenient for you. - Any damages to the property during the guest stay, the damaged items shall be repaired or replaced at the Guest’s expense and will be taken from the security deposit. - Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the property (900 bahts for a taxi and 1,300 THB for a mini van). ## Water fee is included in the price except for stay longer than 7 days (price per unit: 20 bahts).
