You will love your stay in this magnificent villa ideally located on the slopes of Aiguebelette-Le-Lac with swimming pool, ping-pong table, table football, barbecue... You will be a 15-minute walk (3 minutes by car) from the nearest beach so you can enjoy a multitude of water activities (rental of paddles, kayaks, pedal boats, etc.) offered on this sublime little lake's Savoyard foreland. The space On the layout side, The house is organized on one level (a step between the “sleeping area” and the living room side): You will reach the entrance via a small gravel path and enter a large hall. On one side, you will find the grandiose living room illuminated by huge bay windows overlooking the superb landscape where you will enjoy: => a kitchen area with all the useful and essential equipment (oven, fridge-freezer, hotplates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, crockery and utensils) => a dining area with a large table and chairs => a lounge area with sofa, bench, armchairs and coffee table. A fireplace completes the decor (usable only in winter).
