Guest house with lake view

Welcome to the guest house at Mjörn. Perfect lake location for those who like proximity to nature, fishing, swimming, rowing, picking mushrooms and berries, ice skating/skiing at the frozen lake. The house is located on our property, free parking and WiFi. The house is small but contains everything you need, a small kitchen with fridge, two hotplates, microwave, hot/cold water and bunk bed. Modern newly built bathroom. There is access to barbecue and rowing boat with fishing equipment and life jackets. It takes 45 minutes by car to Gothenburg. The space The guest house is about 16-17 sqm, i.e., a small house but with everything you need. The bunk beds are of normal width and there is a good, sturdy ladder up to the upper bed. The kitchenette is simple but modern. A coffee press, olive oil, salt, and pepper are available. The bathroom is spacious and newly built. There is a lake view from the whole house. Good Wi-Fi. You can moor your own boat at a ramp 400 meters from the cottage; your own boat can be moored at our dock 70 meters from the cottage. If you are an active sport fisherman and bring your own boat, it can be moored at Alingsås Sportfiskeförening, Simmenäsvägen 107, about 400 meters from the cabin. Then the boat is placed at our private dock, 75 meters from the cottage. Boat batteries can be charged in the host's garage. Life jackets are available, 70-90 kg and 50-70 kg. Guest access Access to the entire guest house Other things to note There are two cats on the property. They are nice but should not be allowed into the guest house due to possible allergies of future guests. The rowboat is easy to row, pointed bow and stern, reminiscent of a canoe. Good fishing is available near the cottage, which is why we refrained from equipping it with an engine.
