"SOLEMARE ROOMS - MIRTO ROOM " is a cozy room with a comfortable double bed, in a semi-central position in Olbia, the gateway to the Costa Smeralda, which is 20 minutes by car. It is located in one of the main streets of the city, a short walk from the new railway station and all kinds of services: bank, fuel station, bus stops, bars, pastry shops, laundromats, pharmacy and much more. With this accommodation, your family will be close to everything. The space The room is equipped with air conditioning and private fridge. You will have access to a covered veranda where you can spend pleasant evenings and where you can smoke. It has a small adjoining room, where there is a sofa bed for a third guest. Both the master bedroom and the bedroom are equipped with a desk for work. The environment is quiet. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets. From the apartment it is easy to reach both the port and the airport. In a few minutes you can reach the beach of Olbia (the beach of Pittu Longu and other neighboring) with its beautiful white and soft sand and turquoise sea. The apartment is located on the second floor (there is no elevator) and overlooks the inner courtyard of the building, completely canceling the noise of city traffic, so you can easily relax.
