A hallway leads to a balcony—perfect for making calls or relaxing. In the first bedroom, you'll enjoy a queen-size bed with a high-density orthopedic mattress for maximum comfort. A private washroom (just outside the room) is available for your convenience. The second bedroom features a double-size bed with a bouncy mattress, along with an en-suite washroom complete with all essential amenities. Guest access Exclusive access to the entire rental unit. Other things to note The Borteyman estate is a quiet and safe place to stay, perfect for relaxing. You're welcome to go for a run around the neighborhood whenever you like. 1. Swimming Pool: If you fancy a swim, there's a pool at the Panafest Two Block in the estate. It costs about $7 for a day, but remember to bring your own towel. 2. Transport For getting around, you can rent a car or use ride-hailing apps like Uber, Yango, or Bolt. There are also yellow tricycles available within the estate for easy movement. Just raise your hand when you see one to stop them. 3. Food & Drinks When it comes to food and drinks, you have options. There are three restaurants in the estate: a) 3Fingers Bar & Lounge: A fancy place on Banku Street with indoor and outdoor seating and a pool. They serve a variety of dishes like wraps, burgers, pizza, jollof, fried rice, and more. They also have a wide selection of drinks and cocktails. You can check out their menu at https://quickmenu.uno/3fingers. b) Sweet Shreds Restaurant: This is a smaller, budget-friendly spot on Adowa Street, near 3Fingers. They offer quick continental dishes. c) Esa's Cuisine: If you're craving local dishes like fufu, omotuo, or ampesi, this is the place to go. Dishes are usually served in African pots. A nice experiment if you haven't tried that yet. If you prefer staying in, you can order food and drinks using popular delivery apps like Bolt Food, Jumia Food, and Hubtel. 3Fingers also offers delivery if you call their line.
