Downstairs has a living room, kitchen and eat in dining area. Theres an enclosed porch with a sectional couch which provides ample seating. Outside is a spacious deck with grill overlooking a large fenced in yard with a fire pit. Also enough parking space for 3 cars between the driveway and street. A 5 min walk to Pinkney Park/Town or a 5 min bike ride to Bayley Beach.
