Enjoy easy access to everything Rowayton has to offer from this perfectly located home base. Located on a dead end road with low traffic makes for a relaxing environment. Grill on the back deck or listen to some music at the fire pit. Getting around is a breeze when you're so close to everything. Walk to Pinkney Park, bike to Bayley Beach or just stroll through town for an ice cream on a hot summer day. In a family friendly, dog friendly environment you'll no doubt love this little town. The space Enjoy the privacy of the entire house consisting of 3 rooms upstairs: 2 clean bedrooms with closets. The 3rd room has a desk and a full/queen sofa sleeper. Downstairs has a living room, kitchen and eat in dining area. Theres an enclosed porch with a sectional couch which provides ample seating. Outside is a spacious deck with grill overlooking a large fenced in yard with a fire pit. Also enough parking space for 3 cars between the driveway and street. A 5 min walk to Pinkney Park/Town or a 5 min bike ride to Bayley Beach. Guest access Home comes with: Guest passes for Bayley Beach Use of: 3 bikes 2 kayaks (also life vests) beach chairs Other things to note Guests must be 23 or older to book. Children are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The house has one full bathroom upstairs, and there’s also a clean, fully functional single-stall toilet in the basement — great for added convenience during your stay! 👶 Toddler Guidelines Supervision Required Toddlers must be supervised at all times, especially around stairs, furniture, and outdoor areas. No Drawing on Walls, Furniture, or Walkways Please keep crayons, markers, and other art supplies away from walls, comforters, sheets, furniture, floors, and artwork. Breakable Items Guests are responsible for ensuring toddlers do not access fragile or decorative items. 🐾 Pet Policy We welcome well-behaved dogs and ask that pet owners follow these guidelines: No pets on furniture or beds — to maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests. Pets should not be left unattended in the home unless crated. Please clean up after your pet, both indoors and outdoors. Fees & Charges: A $100 pet fee will be charged at the time of booking for one dog. A second dog may be allowed upon request, with an additional $100 fee. An additional $500 cleaning fee will be charged if there is evidence of pets on furniture or beds, or if extra cleaning is required due to pet-related mess or odor.
