Relax by the ocean! Welcome to Ocean Bliss, your coastal oasis. Just steps from the beach, the suite offers stunning views of the ocean and the Olympic Peninsula Mountains. The entire upper floor of a home will be yours to relax, enjoy, and explore the area (no shared spaces or shared enterances, but quiet homeowner lives downstairs in a seperate unit). The main living area features 24' vaulted ceilings with large windows that feature stunning views of Skagit Bay. Come and dip your toes in! The entire upstairs unit will be yours. There are quiet window air conditioning units as well as radiant heating in each bedroom and the main room to allow for individualized climate comfort. The house features new furnishings and is tastefully decorated in a modern coastal theme. Guests have access to entire upstairs floor, except for one locked deck box where outdoor deck supplies are stored. Guests do not have access to downstairs (seperate unit where quiet owner lives). Guests do not have access to garage. Host will be available if requested or required; otherwise guests can enjoy an independent self-check in and stay if privacy is preferred. Safe, quiet group of houses in a tight-knit oceanside community. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. You will need a vehicle to get here, as it is located approximately a 7 minute drive outside the town of La Conner. Once here, you can stroll through the neighborhood and down along the beach. There are no shops within walking distance of the property, but all basic needs (gas, groceries, restaurants and shops) are in La Conner. House is located across a bay from Whidbey Island, where there is a Navy Base. Guests may experience jet noise from time to time, although this is not particularly common or daily. House is located directly in front of a beach where fireworks are often set off for the 4th of July. There may be some firework noise on this holiday, as well as some days before and afterwards. Owner has 2 senior-aged Golden Retrievers. While they are typically very quiet, the odd muffled bark may be heard infrequently. Late fall and winter weather may bring strong coastal winds to the area. Deck outdoor furniture and BBQ may not be available for use during these times.
