Welcome to our brand new villa! The construction and decoration of the house was completed in 2024! The location of the villa combines the fresh air and the absolute tranquility of the mountain with the magnificent view of the nearby islands, just a breath away from the beach! The architecture and configuration of the rooms are minimal in aesthetics to give the visitor the feeling of absolute relaxation and luxury! Our goal is to make your stay unforgettable! The space The space consists of a large living room with modern aesthetics that will captivate you. The comfortable sofas, the handmade fireplace, the view you will see from the large living room window and the countless amenities you will discover during your tour are just some of the amenities the house can offer! In addition, you can choose for the second bedroom if you wish 2 single beds or 1 double! We will be happy to be informed of your choice along with your booking! Guest access The use of the estate, an area of 2.5 acres, is available for your exclusive use! At the front of the large terrace there is a specially designed space of 250 sqm which you can use for parking, playing with your little heroes as well as for any other activity! The courtyard of the house can accommodate up to 5 cars! In the back large courtyard you will see a large barbecue and a handmade wood oven as well as wood for use!Enjoy our beautiful pool overlooking the sea and relax on the sunbeds, the sofa and the large pillow you will find in the large 100 sq.m. area around the pool!
