Enjoy a stay in this beautiful, bright, clean private bedroom located in the centre of Figueira in a 2 bedroom apartment where we offer guests the ability to book the bedrooms individually as private bedrooms or the entire 2 bedroom apartment. Please note that if you choose to only book one of the bedrooms you may have to share the living room, bathroom, kitchen and 2 balconies with other guests if other guests book the remaining bedroom on similar dates as you. The space It’s a beautiful, private bedroom located in a 2 bedroom apartment suited in the centre of Figueira. The bedroom is nicely decorated and exceptionally clean with a large wardrobe and large windows so that during the day the room is always nicely lit and never short of sunlight and fresh air. Just outside the bedroom lays a door to a stunning modern shared bathroom with a shower and everything else needed in a bathroom. Once exiting the corridor where the doors to the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom are, you are faced with the entrance where all guests are required to leave their outdoor shoes on arrival to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment. To the left of the entrance you will find a door to the shared kitchen - a small yet spaceful enough beautiful modern kitchen that has another door to a long narrow balcony where guests can comfortably smoke while taking in a strikingly different yet beautiful view than that seen from the front of the apartment. On the right of the entrance you will find the door to the beautiful, large, nicely decorated shared living room that has sliding doors to the other balcony with a stunning view of the river and city. Guest access The kitchen, bathroom, living room and two balconies are all shared spaces between guests which all guests have full access to. Guests are free to use all the available kitchenware found in the kitchen for food preparation and storage; however, in the bathroom if you happen to find a shower gel, hair shampoo, or conditioner that does not belong to you - you are not permitted to use it. All guests, are instructed to not leave their hygiene products in the bathroom after usage to maintain the clean and welcoming feel of the bathroom being it’s a delicate shared space but if someone happens to forget their product in the bathroom nobody else is permitted to use it. General hygiene products found in the bathroom however, that are supplied by the host such as hand wash and toilet paper are available to use by all guests. As the host I only ask that all guests keep shared spaces tidy since you are sharing it with other guests and to please treat the apartment with care and respect during your stay. During your stay On arrival you will be greeted by me - the host. I will hand you all the necessary keys, give you a tour of the apartment and answer any questions you may have in regards to the property and the city. I live a 10 minutes walk away from the apartment so in case of emergency don’t hesitate to contact me and if needed I will come over as soon as possible. One of my main responsibilities is to ensure that all your questions are answered if I can answer them, and that you are left with nothing but great memories of your stay at the apartment.
