Our home is the perfect destination for families, couples, an ideal accommodation for military families visiting Camp Lejeune, or a group of friends seeking a comfortable & relaxing getaway. You'll be greeted with warm & inviting decor that creates a cozy & welcoming atmosphere. Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, & recreation. New Bern is 38 miles away and approximately 25-30 miles to Emerald Isle, Topsail, & Surf City beaches. The space The livingroom is perfect for movie night on the 50' Vizio smart TV or sitting around chitchatting. Our modern kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including pots, pans, dishes, bowls, cups, mugs, crock pot, blender, mixer, various cutlery and utensils, tea, Keurig with coffee pods, sugars, and creamer. The main bedroom has a king size bed with a 14 inch Dream Cloud mattress, full bathroom, walk in closet with a 9 drawer fabric storage organizer, and 40' Vizio smart TV. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and offer plenty of space. The second bedroom has a queen side bed with a 14 inch Classic Brand Cool Gel Memory Foam mattress. There is also a workspace desk and chair in this room. The third bedroom is equipped with a twin daybed with pull out trundle. Each bathroom has a starter kit of amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturizer, hand soap bar, makeup wipes, qtips, toothbrush, and toothpaste. The laundry area is in the backside of garage, which includes washer and dryer for your use. Guest access You will have full access to the backyard for a game of cornhole, soaking up the sun, bbq, and firepit. We have everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including a fenced in backyard, Wi-Fi, airconditioning, and plenty of parking. Two Smart TV's (50 inch Vizio in livingroom and 40 inch Vizio in Main Bedroom). We do offer a pack & play, a high chair, children's cups, plates, and cutlery. There are books for reading and some games to play. Other things to note We welcome guests of all ages, however, please note we are not a child proof home, which means furniture is not mounted to walls, no child safety locks or gates, or outlet protector covers. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and NOT to be used. There are two locked cabinets in the garage which are for cleaning staff only and not to be tampered with.
