The space This space is the perfect spot for gathering with family and friends. It features two levels. There is an open concept kitchen, living room and dining room. The kitchen is modern and clean with granite counter tops and tiled floors. There is a well appointed kitchen with all the basic cooking tools and ready for food and laughter. It also comes with dishwasher, oven, fridge and Breville toaster oven. There is a wood stove in the living room, which adds to the cozy atmosphere. There is a queen bedroom off the kitchen with a closet area and washer/dryer. The lovely bathroom is on the main floor. It is appointed with a bath/shower, toilet and single sink. There is a stairway to the loft area. This space has a double bed, comfortable sectional seating for TV viewing or hanging out. This is also a good space to work out! The loft area also has an office table and chair for remote work if needed. You can walk out of the dining room and sit on the covered porch and enjoy the view of the sunrise or sunset from setting over Lake Winnipeg. This is also a great spot to listen to the live music from the bandstand on a Saturday night. There is also a garage/ converted sunroom with seating and hanging bamboo egg chairs, which is a lovely spot to visit, read, nap and catch the afternoon breeze. The sunroom also has an extra fridge for drinks or supplies. At the rear, you will find a guesthouse, “The Beach house”, which is another listing on Airbnb, if friends/family want to stay. There is an outdoor shower and fire-pit with seating for you and your family/friends. Guest access Whole house/except crawl space area. Other things to note There is parking for two cars at the rear. Please park on the left side and park second car behind. There is also street parking, but spots fill up fast on the weekend!
