Newly built and modeled home, completed in 2022. Good for two persons. Located on the third floor of our family home, which is the top floor. Includes access to the entire third floor, which includes the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and kitchen wares. Queen sized bed. Must be able to climb stairs to reach the house. The space This is a 1-Bedroom apartment with living room, fully-equipped kitchen, bedroom and full bathroom with shower and bathtub. We have hot running water throughout the house. We also have two air-conditioning units to keep the house cool. The bed is a queen-sized bed. We also have a closet for you to store your belongings while staying with us. Guest access You will have access the entire house on the third floor and the terrace. The second floor is also a guest house. You will pass by the second floor as you ascend to the third floor, so you must share the stairs with the second floor guest(s). Other things to note As stated already, this property requires the guests to ascend stairs to the third floor. It is not recommended for those persons who are not able to ascend stairs.
