There two bedrooms (one of which has a dedicated workspace), living area, well-equipped kitchen (countertop oven), and full bath with walk-in shower. It’s perfect for families exploring the area or individuals looking for an inspiring, quiet workspace. In the adjacent lot, there are 4 sites designated for camping. Please refer to our page on Hip Camp to see individual listings and pictures. The fire pit and pond are shared spaces for all to enjoy. Guest access The guest house is situated in the upper level of our barn. There are several steps leading up to the door! Guest have access to entire guest house as well as a shared fire pit area and entire property grounds. Catch and release fishing is available in the pond! You’re welcome to pick apples and blackberries in season. Others may be on the grounds as it is a shared space for all to enjoy. Contact me to ask about renting the entire property grounds. There is no access to our house next door.) Other things to note Note: this space is on the second level. Our Garage space is underneath. There are STAIRS to get into the guesthouse (see outdoor pictures) Kitchen: There is a full refrigerator, dishwasher, 4 burner full size cooktop, microwave, toaster and countertop French door oven with air fryer setting. Note: there is no fence around the pond. Please use caution with children. Fishing is catch and release. Note: the fire pit and pond areas are shared spaces for our personal use as well as our Hip Camp guests in the adjacent lot.
