Roam our 4.5 private acres, fish in the stocked pond, or relax by the fire pit. Owners live on-site with 2 friendly dogs who’d love to say hello. Nearby attractions include CV National parks, Blossom Music Center, downtown Cleveland, and Boulder Creek—an award-winning golf course just minutes away. Wineries, bike trails, and canoe adventures await as well. The space Thoughtfully furnished and decorated for your comfort, the guesthouse overlooks a beautiful pond and property. There two bedrooms (one of which has a dedicated workspace), living area, well-equipped kitchen (no full oven), and full bath with walk-in shower. It’s perfect for families exploring the area or individuals looking for an inspiring, quiet workspace. In the adjacent lot, there are 4 sites designated for camping. Please refer to our page on Hip Camp to see individual listings and pictures. The fire pit and pond are shared spaces for all to enjoy. Guest access The guest house is situated in the upper level of our barn. There are several steps leading up to the door! Guest have access to entire guest house as well as a shared fire pit area and entire property grounds. Catch and release fishing is available in the pond! You’re welcome to pick apples and blackberries in season. Others may be on the grounds as it is a shared space for all to enjoy. Contact me to ask about renting the entire property grounds. Group camping events, micro weddings, and family reunions are a possibility!!! Let’s talk!! (Lower level of the barn is used for personal storage and is off limits to guests. There is no access to our house next door.) Other things to note Note: this space is on the second level. Our Garage space is underneath. There are STAIRS to get into the guesthouse (see outdoor pictures) Kitchen: there is no oven in the kitchen per building code. There is a full refrigerator, dishwasher, cooktop, microwave, toaster and toaster over. Note: there is no fence around the pond. Please use caution with children. Note: the fire pit and pond areas are shared spaces for our personal use as well as our Hip Camp guests in the adjacent lot. If you are inquiring about using our property for an event of some sort, we can discuss the possibility of renting out the entire property.
