This sweet Lewes Beach condo is steps to the beach access & walking distance to town! The main level features a well equipped kitchen, a comfy living area and a powder room. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms & a full bath. Linens & towels are included! You'll also find cozy outdoor living spaces - a balcony off of the primary bedroom & a rear deck complete with an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day on the beach. 215 Cedar Street at the Rose Garden #4 is your perfect beach get away! The space ***Please check rates when booking as our daily prices change seasonally!***. There are 2 designated spaces to park right in front of the condo - you can leave your car and walk to the beach or town! The condo is one block to the beach access. Town is approximately 1/2 mile away, ferry terminal approx. 1 mile away, Cape Henelopen State Park approx. 3 miles away. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has 3 singles. There is also a sleep sofa in the family room and a folding cot available. We provide quality linens and towels - leave those at home and start enjoying your visit as soon as you arrive! We also provide beach essentials - 4 fluffy beach towels, 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and a wagon. A starter supply of detergent, paper towels, TP, trash bags, etc. is also provided. **** Children are welcome at our property, but please note we are not baby or toddler proof - for example, we do not have outlet plugs and some window treatments have cords. We do not have furniture that is anchored to the wall and the television is not mounted to the wall.**** Guest access A keypad code will be given prior to check in. You will have the entire interior row/townhome style condo to yourself !
