JM Suite Escape - Shore 1 Residences - Tower C2

JM Suite Escape is a 1-bedroom condo located in Shore 1 Residences Tower C2, is a stylish condo just off the beautiful views of Manila Bay with a beach themed swimming pool/playground area for you and your family to enjoy. There is 24hr-security guards on patrol. Shore includes many amenities on the ground floor such as fine dining and fast food restaurants, 24hr. convenience stores, drugstores, cafes, laundry service and is walking distance of the 4th largest mall in the world "Mall of Asia". The space Living Room / Dining Area: Sofa is provided and can be converted into a sofa bed if needed. There is 3-person dining table and chair. Bedroom: Queen bed is provided with bedsheet, blankets and pillows. Extra Pull Out bed is available (Single Bed) Laundry/Washer: Please help yourself on using the washer. The washing powder and cleaning supplies are in the top cupboard. When you turn on the water it automatically stops to the right amount of water during the wash cycle. There is no dryer, so please hang your clothes on the provided rack on the balcony (Note: please use the rack and do not hang clothes on the railing as it is a violation of the condo policy). Kitchen: Please help yourself to anything in the kitchen. Feel free to use our cooking ware, utensils, and appliances. Remember to wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving. Trash bags are kept underneath the sink. Garbage: If you walk past the elevators on either side, you will see signs for the Garbage Room. Please make sure to properly bag your garbage in the bags provided tie the bags and leave them in the Garbage room when they are full. TV: The TV 55" in the condo is hooked up to the internet already, which includes Netflix account for you to use. Guest access Keyless Entry. Other things to note For Short term rent: Swimming pool may be used by the registered guest for an additional fee of P150.00 for regular days and Php300.00 for Holidays. Posted swimming pool rules and regulations shall be strictly followed by all authorized guests. For Long term rent (6mos+): Swimming pool will be free of charge & access to the Gym.
