The apartment boasts an open floor plan design. The living room features a spacious, comfortable sofa and a coffee table. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and a dining table for six, making it perfect for preparing delicious meals. Additionally, the apartment includes a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is stocked with all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. Please note: The towel dryer in the apartment is currently not functioning. Other things to note Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
