this is our main residence where we live throughout the year. On the ground floor, living room and open kitchen, a bedroom with shower recently fitted out. The floor consists of 3 bedrooms. One of them will be closed for rent. A spacious bathroom. Fenced garden, our dog has never been able to escape! Baby essentials available (changing table, bed, playpen and lots of toys) The space The neighborhood is quiet. A bus stop is a few steps from our house (100 meters). The latter will take you in 15 minutes to the city center of Vannes. A 10-minute walk away you will find an Intermarché, a Netto and a Biocop for shopping. The village of Saint Avé is a 10-minute walk away. The market takes place on Sunday mornings in the town hall square. You will also find a bakery/deli/mini-market/hairdresser/shops/pharmacy... a real small, dynamic town. The Bois de Kerozer is not too far from the center of Saint Avé, with its 24 hectares you can find freshness by walking there or for your morning jog, a real plus! Guest access Boat excursion possible in the Gulf of Morbihan or even discover an island such as Île au Moine or Île d'Arz for a day of hiking or relaxation. Looking forward to meeting you
