My home is a gorgeous Semi Independent Villa with a mix of Modern& Chettinad architecture, located in the green, serene environs of 200 ft Radial road Velachery, Chennai. In the heart of the town, yet tucked away on a quiet street by the park giving a feeling of a country home. UNMARRIED COUPLES WITH CHENNAI ID STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED NOTE:Due to recent activity by Chennai Corporation to develop the Drainage system the roads was digged so you may face some diversions. The space In terms of physical space, Villa has two bedrooms where I host guest. When you book, you get exclusive access to your room with an en suite private bathroom . Depends on your booking the number of bedrooms will be allocated. If you Book for 2 Adults we provide you one Bedroom (the rest of the unbooked rooms will be locked.Wont be shared with anyone) and if you book for 4 Adults we provide you both the bed rooms. Bedroom 1 on the second floor has a Big King Sized bed complete with bed linen, duvet & pillows.There is a dedicated workspace with desk & chair . Bedroom 2 on second floor Fitted with Double cot bed complete with bed linen, duvet & pillows. A discerning solo traveler who loves his/her comforts, values his/her security & wants her privacy need not necessarily opt for a lonely hotel room,The Den is the place to be a part of exciting, vibrant community of travellers. Indulge his/herself with a private Terrace, chill out in a hammock, enjoy own cooked breakfast with chirping birds & squirrels for company or a candle lit dinner under the stars I have other great properties to offer. Check in time :Flexible anytime after 12PM (Early check in possible if we don't have booking on previous day) Last check in time is 10 Pm ,no check in later 10 pm being it’s a gated community. They’ve been very helpful when I bought this house two years ago. We try to pay them back, asking our guests not to have parties and events inside. *Strictly No smoking in entire premises. Trashbags are kept underneath the sink and at car park, dispose all when check out .
