The apartment is on the 3rd floor (with elevator) and is 59 m² in size, comfortably accommodating up to 4 travelers. All you have to do is put down your luggage! Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights). The space Close to Perrache station, the apartment is in the heart of Confluence, a lively district with a shopping center (cinema complex and stores), convenience stores, restaurants, sports and leisure activities (Vaporetto along the Saône, Charlemagne skating rink)... The accommodation comprises - A living room with lounge, TV (canal+) - A well-equipped kitchen including oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine... - A tastefully decorated entrance hall leads to the sleeping area. - Two bedrooms (bed 160x200) with large closet, closet, desk area and very ethnic decoration - Spacious bathroom (Italian shower) with large washbasin - Separate WC Outside : - A balcony for relaxing after a day's work, or around a meal, as well as a deckchair area is at your disposal.
