The space This property is available exclusively under a ‘mobilité’ tenancy agreement – a furnished tenancy contract lasting between 1 and 10 months – reserved for people on a temporary move (for study, training, an internship, a work assignment or a job transfer, etc.). You must sign the tenancy agreement to gain access to the property. Once you have made your booking, you will be asked to provide the following documents to complete your application and draw up the tenancy agreement: proof of identity for the occupants, contact details, proof of address where applicable, proof of home insurance, proof of your employment status or reason for mobility, as well as the required proof of income (e.g. payslips or financial statements for the self-employed). Please ensure, before making any booking, that you are eligible for the mobility tenancy agreement and able to provide these documents.
