This townhome is great for families or couples and comfortably sleeps 8 as there are 4 beds total. The house is approx 2.5 miles from the shops and boardwalk of Bethany Beach. You are also very close to South Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island State Park. The space Interact easily with your group in the kitchen and living room as there is an open flow concept. The 9-foot ceilings create a spacious feel while the layout and furniture create a welcoming atmosphere. The master bedroom has a new King bed and an attached full bathroom, which includes a soaking tub. There is plenty of room for clothes in the large dresser and the huge double closet. In addition there is a single foldable cot and mattress in the master closet. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a full dresser and huge double closet. This bedroom also has access to a full bathroom from the bedroom or the hallway and has a bathtub and shower. The living room area has a chair and half and a comfortable couch with a new queen size sofa bed. There is a new Samsung QLED 55” HDTV with DVD player for your viewing pleasure. Wifi is included and it is Smart TV for access to all of your favorite streaming. There is a 4-season sunroom complete with a new queen size sleeper sofa as well as a comfortable arm chair for your relaxion or reading. There is a gas fireplace to keep you warm and cozy in the colder months. This room also has a storage closet with some beach chairs, beach umbrella and boogie boards for your visits to the beach. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for all your needs. There is a dining table with 6 comfortable seats, and seating for 5 at the adjacent kitchen peninsula. There are brand new Whirlpool stainless steel appliances (installed beginning of Jan 2025) to include large refrigerator, dishwasher, range, oven and microwave. There is a Keurig coffee maker which utilizes pods, or a Cuisinart traditional coffee maker for larger amounts. You will find all the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils you need. A new washer and dryer is located adjacent to the kitchen and the laundry closet also contains a full size ironing board and iron. There is a half bathroom on the first floor just beyond the laundry closet for your convenience. Relax on the Trex Deck in the morning with coffee or in the evening with your favorite beverage. There is a large gas grill off of the back deck for your use. Feel free to throw beach towels over the chairs to dry but do NOT hang over the railing as the HOA doesn’t allow and will fine the homeowners. Guest access There is a parking spot designated with the number of the townhouse. You are also free to park in any spaces that do not have a number on it. There are 4 well lit steps to the front door. Guests have access to the entire unit except the owners' locked closet, a small storage closet and the attic. Other things to note 1. The home will include pillows, pillowcases, bed sheets, blankets, comforters, and mattress covers. Towels will also be provided BUT guests should bring their own beach towels and beach blankets. 2. When you arrive, please find the Wifi access code on a fridge magnet for your convenience. Air conditioning instructions and other important information will be sent to you as well. 3. You should have peace of mind during your stay as we have a cleaning crew that cleans and disinfects surfaces using approved products. This includes countertops, doorknobs, light switches and remote controls. 4. Paper/plastic products (toilet paper, paper towels, 13 gallon trash bags, 4 gallon recycling bags) and soaps (hand, dish, body & laundry) will be provided but for longer stays you may need to bring extra. 5. Please use aerosol sunscreens outside and away from the house. 6. Cable TV is not included. WiFi is available for streaming your subscriptions. 7. The house is not child proofed. Please monitor children during the stay. 8. Extra pillows and comforters are in the closets if needed. 9, The surfboard in the bedroom is NOT to be removed from the wall or used at all. There are boogie boards in the storage closet in the sunroom if you wish to use.
