Vacation rental with a patio

Our apartment is located in Treisberg, the smallest district of the municipality of Schmitten with around 180 inhabitants. The tranquil village is surrounded by extensive forests of the beautiful Hochtaunus Nature Park. Due to the fact that the only access road into the village is not a thoroughfare, life is quite quiet here. The place is on a gentle mountain saddle in the immediate vicinity of the 663 m high Pferdskopf. The space The spacious, new, modern apartment is located on the first floor of our house. It has an open concept kitchen with dining area, a living room and a bedroom, as well as a new shower room. The apartment can be occupied by a maximum of 4 persons and has: • The lovingly furnished kitchen with the adjoining dining area is well equipped: Fridge, electric stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, as well as dishes and cutlery for 4 people and the usual cooking utensils and dish towels. A washing machine, clothes rack, iron and ironing board are also provided. • Bedroom with modern double bed (200 x 200 cm) incl. bedding and linens for 2 people. • The living room is very cozy and furnished with attention to detail and has a sofa bed for 2 people (160 × 200) also including bedding and linens • Modern ground-level shower room with towels, shower mats, toothbrush mugs. • Large terrace furnished in summer (no garden use, no barbecuing allowed) • Of course, the apartment has fast, free Wi-Fi access to the Internet. • TV for Internet TV available. No cable connection available! There is a parking space at the house. It's a non-smoking apartment, and there's an ashtray on the terrace. Guest access Closed apartment. Shared house entrance Other things to note Check-in is generally between 3 PM and 7 PM, with prior arrangement of the arrival time. Registration is required. No pets allowed!
