Lovely archipelago house in Gräddö, Stockholm County

Relax with the whole family in this charming accommodation, located in the middle of idyllic Gräddö at the entrance to Norrtäljeviken in Stockholm's northern archipelago. Gräddö is an archipelago idyll with sea, harbor, restaurant, café and ICA store, all within a 5-15 minute walk from the house. Enjoy summer time with lovely sea bathing and winter time with cross-country skiing on the meadow outside the house. Large wooden terraces with room for socializing on a lovely sunny and secluded plot. The space Entrance with plenty of storage in a bright hall with entrance to bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. A staircase leads up to the upper floor with a furnished hall with a large light intake (punch veranda) and two full-size bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. On the entrance floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with an open floor plan towards the living room as well as exit to the terrace in the east for morning coffee and a large terrace, partly under the roof, in a straight west position with lovely evening sun. Wooden floors throughout the house and mullioned windows. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities just like at home. You drive from Stockholm in 50 minutes, from Norrtälje in 15 minutes and there is also an SL bus. Walking distance to ICA and the sea, so a car is not a necessity. Guest access The whole main house. Other things to note At least one guest over the age of 30. Not for rent for bachelor parties, bachelor parties or other events. The house is smoke-free.
