Our enchanting holiday home is the perfect fusion of tradition and modernity in a natural setting, in the middle of Karystos. Very recently we've transformed this historic gem into a modern living space. A lot of passion for restoring and attention to detail went into this place. The big garden with the pool (open from April - November) are privat. The space Located in a picturesque setting, our traditional stone home offers a spacious retreat of 80 sqm. Inside, you'll find a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed and a lounge area, that seamlessly connects with a fully equipped kitchen. The living area and bedroom are connected by a spacious bathroom. Surrounding the house is our expansive 350 sqm garden, creating a serene atmosphere where you can immerse yourself in tranquility. A second bedroom with private bathroom is located in a small detached guest house, accessible via the terrace. Take a refreshing dip in the inviting pool, or simply unwind by its side, enjoying the warmth of the sun and leisurely moments. Our stone house - with its well equipped interior, the beautiful garden, and the welcoming pool - promises a memorable stay in a peaceful and comfortable setting. *Please note the layout of the house: - the main house has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and 1 living room (80 sqm). - the 2nd bedroom is also a detached small room (18 sqm), with own bathroom. **For guests, who are planning to rent the place in the winter time please note: - The outdoor-pool is closed from November through April. - We have ACs in the bedrooms with heating function, but no heating system in the house ***In stormy conditions, the pool will be closed, otherwise it becomes too dirty Other things to note Please note: Our pool is seasonal and open from June 1 to October 31.
