Cozy, green and serene (dog friendly)

Take it easy at this humble, unique and tranquil abode. Private first floor with its entrance and parking, bedroom with a compact bathroom, spacious living room and covered patio, nestled in the woods! No kitchen or TV, but books and nature! Go mushroom picking, crabbing or fishing! Best local seafood at Fish Peddler, breakfast at Downie's and lunch/dinner at Bay City kitchen! Im also a model/stylist and have a large selection of dresses and wardrobe if needed, open to trade and collaboration! The space The house was built in 1978 so definitely has charm and character. Some things may be old but we are working on improving! There is an older electric grid, so using too many appliances may blow a fuse which is easily fixed when asked, please use your discretion. I love vintage/unique things, so my eclectic decor might not be for everyone. We do live here and enjoy gardening so some debris and noise is inevitable, but we usually ask if you will be out for the day. Patio, backyard and laundry are shared so there will be tools, bikes, some person items. We love our wild and unbothered property which allows for wildlife and we want to keep it that way! Also, this is a residential community so there might be some noise from the neighbors. You're welcome to take pictures in our nature and back forest, just kindly let me know. Guest access The whole first floor including laundry room, accept the storage room to the left of the bathroom. Other things to note *ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, BURNING OR DRUG /SHROOMS USE OF ANY KIND ON THE PROPERTY *PLEASE, DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A HOTEL EXPERIENCE, this is our home. *PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU ARE PARTICULARLY SENSITIVE OR HAVE ANY ALLERGIES as we can't guarantee anything. *NO INFANTS OR SMALL CHILDREN as the space is not childproof. *PLEASE INCLUDE ALL GUESTS TRAVELING, it's $20 per person per night over two people. Day guests are fine but please let me know. *It's very humid on the coast, so we do provide a dehumidifier and an air purifier. You will hear us somewhat but we try to be quiet, we also provide ear plugs. *There is a king bed in the bedroom, a queen bed in the living room. There is also a twin bed and a smaller sofa that can be set up in the living room if requested in advance, so please let me know what sleeping arrangement you prefer. *THIS SPACE IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR COOKING OR LONG TERM LIVING. There is however a microwave, a mini fridge and a charcoal grill (bring your own coal and lighting fluid) *If you are cooking using your portable oven, PLEASE DO SO OUTSIDE, but clean up after yourself and no oil spills, you can use the garden hose to wash the dishes. Tap water is safe to drink. *Seafood processing is allowed outside but no seafood storage inside other than the freezer, the smell is hard to get out. *Dogs are welcome as long as they are house trained and supervised at all times. NO DOGS LEFT UNATTENDED OR ON BEDS PLEASE. You are responsible for your pets, additional fees will be assessed for any accidents or damage. *We let our cat roam outside sometimes, he is sweet but if you see him don't pet or let him him inside, thank you! *Don't leave any food/drinks outside overnight, there are racoons and other animals coming around at night.
