The space There are very simple rooms for 4 or 6 people per room. The rooms can have a private bathroom in the room, or a shared bathroom. There is a shared kitchen, living room, dining room, patio and barbecue. Great hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. It is 12 minutes to Sarpsborg, 20 minutes to the Old Town in Fredrikstad, 20 minutes to Halden and Fredriksten Fortress. You must basically bring your own bedding (duvet/pillow, sheets, etc.). Other things can be agreed upon via dialogue.
