S'Embat sea ​​views

"S'Embat" is an exceptional house placed on the seafront with views of the bay of Pollensa. The house is situated in a residential area called El Barcarés of Alcúdia. this area is known as for its tranquility and for its proximity to the village of Alcúdia (1 km.) In this walled village with a lot of history we can find all the necessary services: Supermarkets, Restaurants, Pharmacies and there are also 2 weekly markets with products typical of the island of Mallorca. The space "S'Embat" is a house distributed on two floors: the 1st floor has a spacious living room with access to a wonderful terrace with great sea views as well as a bright fully equipped kitchen with access to another small side terrace. On this 1st floor there are two double bedrooms (beds: 90 x 200 cm.) with the possibility of joining the beds (180 x 200 cm.), one of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and a private terrace also with sea views, the other bedroom has a bathroom with shower next to the entrance of the same. On the second floor there is another double bedroom (bed: 150 x 200 cm.) with en suite bathroom and private terrace also with sea views. All rooms have double USB 2.1A maximum intensity charger sockets on both sides of the bed. All bathrooms have installed dispensers for hand soap, shower gel and shampoo of the brand: "Hierbas de Mallorca". The house has detergent and softener for washing machine, hand and machine dishwashing detergent, Nespresso or drip coffee machine with coffee as a gift in the welcome pack, salt, sugar, vinegar, virgin olive oil from Mallorca as well as some spices. Outside, surrounding the house, there is a private area with a shower, 2 hammocks and a barbecue. The house also has a paddle surf and 2 beach chairs. Other things to note At check-in you have to pay the Ecotax (Tourist Tax of the Balearic Islands) in cash. The amount varies between 0.55 Euros per night and person over 16 years old in low season and 2.20 Euros per night and person over 16 years old in high season. From the ninth day it is reduced by half.
