Nice room near La Punta beach

Room in a guest house with air conditioning, king size bed and private bathroom- It is located on the UPPER FLOOR (access stairs) Share a very comfortable and nice lounge that is steps from the room equipped with Smart TV , minibar, hammocks, armchairs and a work table. I ⚠️don't know smoking is allowed inside the rooms The space The home boasts a pool and restaurant, located just one street from the beach and steps from bars , restaurants, and shops . It's a very busy area with a lot of nightlife . You will be one minute from the beach to enjoy magical sunsets at sea . The common areas are open and exclusive for guests. We have a DJ Set during the day in the Restaurant area, so there will be music and more people there. (The restaurant is open to the general public from 8 am to 10 pm) No visitors/guests allowed No kids allowed No pets allowed Guest access The room is located on the top floor (stairs) inside a Guest House, so there will be more people sharing the common areas (guests only). We have a lounge, swimming pool, and terrace (shared) exclusively for guests, furnished with comfortable armchairs where you can sunbathe and relax at ease. Guests have full access to common areas (pool, lounge, and terrace) during stipulated hours (8 am to 10 pm) ⚠️No visitors/guests allowed Under-18s are⚠️ not permitted. ⚠️No pets allowed ⚠️No parties inside the house. There is a lot of nightlife and party atmosphere within walking distance of the property. Other things to note This Private Room is located within a Guest House that has a Restaurant : "Cafe Ole" (open to the general public) This implies that there will be more people nearby , music and a little noise during the day 8:00 AM reception - 8 Pm and 8 am to 10 pm in the high season ( Holidays) Dj sets 9:00 am - 10 Pm and in high season it can extend until 12 Am Not a spiritual retreat place, there will be noise. It is an area of a lot of nightlife and atmosphere of Fiesta. This Room is located within a Guest House, so there will be more people sharing in common areas (guests) At Casa we take care of the water and try to generate the least possible environmental impact, for this reason the cleaning of the rooms is not done daily. You can request it if you consider it necessary, before 12 pm, leaving your key at the reception. After that time it will no longer be possible to clean and will pass for the next day. We also offer laundry service. You can leave your clothes at the reception before 11:00 am. Delivered on the day Check-out is before 12:00 pm. In case you need to stay longer, you can leave your luggage at the reception and continue enjoying the pool, the lounge and its showers and bathrooms until your departure time.
