The space A minimalistic design approach was chosen to create a trendy and chic appearance, while giving off a cozy romantic vibe that feels like home! The amenities coupled with the 24/7 check-in desk and doorman make it feel like a luxurious hotel. Spacious apartment for four people with two beds (full size & Queen size), including a fully stocked kitchen, a washer, fast Wi-Fi, and two 55" televisions with Netflix capabilities. The building is centrally located within close proximity to all the well-known areas, tourist attractions, shopping, restaurants, and the financial district. Guest access The following amenities are accessible to guests with prior reservations: pool, gym, bbq boxes, private bar area, co-working conference area, and outdoor park sitting area within the bldg. Administration charges a small fee for bbq box and private bar area reservations only. Other things to note There is plenty of hot water all year long and heaters for the colder months, both are not common commodities throughout Peru. The second room is technically called a FLEX ROOM, which means it can be used as an office, bedroom, playroom etc. For that reason THERE IS NO DOOR in that room, it was intentionally built like that by the builders. We use it as a second bedroom.
