Our suite is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and convenient. As you enter the suite, you will be greeted by a bright and spacious living room, elegantly decorated with a modern yet cozy style. The living room features a comfortable sofa, chair, and a Smart TV providing a great space to relax or work. The bedroom area is separated from the living area by classic French doors, offering privacy and intimacy. The bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed with plush linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. There is also a spacious closet where you can store your belongings during your stay. Within the closet you will find a full sized washer and dryer and high end steamer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cookware, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. We also provide complimentary coffee to get your day started right. The bathroom is modern and clean with a tub/shower combo, fresh towels, and toiletries provided for your convenience. One of the highlights of this luxury suite is the private balcony, where you can step out and soak up the vibrant downtown atmosphere. Sip your Morning Ritual coffee, enjoy an evening cocktail from The Goat (delivery available), or simply take in the cityscape views from the comfort of your own outdoor oasis. Located in downtown Columbus, our 1 bedroom suite is within walking distance to many of the city's best restaurants, bars, and shops. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, our one-bedroom apartment is the perfect home away from home. We look forward to hosting you! Access will be available to guests anytime after 3pm. All access details will be sent to you through the Airbnb message center. Once in the unit, you will find a designated fob. This fob will grant further access into the community amenities which include our state of the art fitness center, patio and swimming pool located directly across the street! The Short North Arts District, known for its trendy shops, art galleries, and restaurants, is just a short walk away. Many venues such as The Ohio Theatre, Palace Theatre, Nationwide Arena, and KEMBA Live are within a quick drive from us. The Ohio State University campus is also easily accessible by public transportation, making it easy to attend a game or explore the university's beautiful campus. HOUSE RULES: 1. NO Parties. LC GuestHouse resides in a residential building. Only registered guests are permitted inside the property. Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. 2. NO Smoking in or around our properties. All of our suites are non-smoking. This includes the use of cigarettes, marijuana, and/or vaping. If you wish to smoke we ask you to take it outside. 3. NO music and video recordings are permitted on property. 4. Keep in mind quiet hours to respect each and everyone's stay around you. WIFI: Our properties are equipped with free high-speed internet and network name and password will be sent to you a few hours prior to check in. Please refrain from any illegal downloads as it’s a federal offense here in the US. HOUSEKEEPING: We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels inside the suite for you. If you have arrived and something is missing, please alert us immediately so that we can make sure to send someone over with the replacement as soon as possible. We do not provide daily housekeeping or laundry service during your stay unless requested for long-term stays. SURVEILLANCE: Our properties may also be monitored by EXTERIOR security cameras. These are used for the security of you, your guests, and others around. Please refrain from any illegal activity on the premises. PARKING: There is no on-site parking. Parking is available in the nearby Laz Parking Garage or Columbus Commons Parking Garage. These garages are pay to park. OUR TEAM WORK HOURS: Our Hospitality Team aims to be accessible everyday of the week, 10am- 6pm. We will do our absolute best to provide you a response in a timely manner.
