Unwind in front of the 42-inch wall-mounted TV, or enjoy a moment of relaxation in the modern bathroom with a standing glass-door shower. The suite also features a convenient laundry room with a washer, dryer, sink, and fridge. All of this in a peaceful residential area just a short distance from the beauty of Bronte Creek Provincial Park. Guest access Guests have full, exclusive access to the basement suite via a separate entrance, ensuring privacy throughout your stay. You'll also have full access to the fenced backyard, where you can relax under the string lights, enjoy a soak in the 7-seater Beachcomber hot tub. Please note, the deck area is off-limits. Other things to note Please be aware that this is a basement suite of a townhouse, so there may be occasional sounds from the main house. We do our best to minimize noise, especially during quiet hours. The unit itself is approximately 500 square feet. The temperature is set with a central thermostat which can be adjusted by a quick message to the hosts. To maintain the quality of our hot tub, please rinse off before use and avoid bringing food or drinks other than water into the tub. Lastly, to respect our neighbors and maintain the peace and quiet of the residential area, we kindly request guests observe quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM.
