Welcome to our Working Family Ranch. Our Boho Wanderer, A Canvas Bell tent, beneath the trees... King Bed, 2 bean bag chairs, front porch area, picnic table with dining table supplies... All bedding and extra blankets. Your front entry faces the sun set... your porch area is hidden beneath the trees...A Get Away! Yes you have A/C in the summer heat...and a heater in the winter.. Some one will meet you on arrival, show you where to park and show you around. WIFI is available outside. Welcome. The space Our Boho Canvas Bell Tent, 16 FT... round bell tent, has a picnic table facing the sunset skies, the back ranch, the trees, with solar lights in your tree... This is all private space for you.. You have a dry outhouse close by, an out door hot water shower, and outdoor chairs facing the sunset... The Fire Pit and central area is shared with other guests.. You are welcome to share our Hearth & Home... for a unique experience...Breakfast is served every morning. Guest access Someone on the Ranch will meet you, show you where to park and walk you to your tent. We will show you around, our help yourself breakfast bar, indoor showers and bathroom, WIFI information etc... Welcome, Make yourself at home! Other things to note The Fire Pit, Outdoor Outhouse, Outdoor Showers, BBQ Grills, (4 of them) both propane and charcoal grills are shared spaces. Wood, charcoal and propane are all provided...A fire extinguisher is at your entrance... I do irrigate to water once every 8 days... ,my irrigation time changes and varies. Your tent will stay dry when I am watering the fields... Note... there are other outdoor sites on the property. Welcome Lynnellen
