Located in a green, family-friendly neighbourhood, our lovely and spacious 3-bedroom house offers offsite parking, comfortable leaving/dining area with 2 big sofa. Fully equipped kitchen from which you can access the garden. Two of the bedrooms are on the the first floor, one of which with kingsize bed. Bathroom with jacuzzi bath and office space. On the second floor you’ll find the third bedroom (double bed) and second bathroom. All of above only in 5min. walk from the tube (Piccadilly line). The space The property offers off street parking. Spacious and comfortable living/dining salon with two big sofa, TV and dining table. Our guests can comfortably relax, watch a film, play board games or enjoy their dinner. The kitchen is bright and modern, equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Four people can sit comfortably at the breakfast bar. From the kitchen you gain access to our beautiful garden, where you can relax, read a book or have your meal. On the first floor there are two of the bedrooms, one bathroom and the office. The master bedroom is east facing, spacious with a king size bed. The second bedroom is facing the park where you can enjoy the birds singing, with a comfortable double bed. Family bathroom is bright, luxurious and has a shower and jacuzzi bath. The office space is perfect to catching up with your emails or plan your next day trip. On the second floor you will find the third bedroom, also equips with a comfortable double bed. The room has a working desk as well and facing the park make it beautiful place to relax and enjoy the sunset. Next to it is our second bathroom room, with shower and a bath. Guest access The entire house will be available to our guests except the fourth bedroom on the top floor, which will be locked and the garage in the back garden. Other things to note We don’t have gates on the stairs so if you a with a toddler, please keep an eye on them. We have a cat, which will not be in the property during your stay and the house will be professionally cleaned but if you have animal allergies, please consider.
