Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway under the rim with scenic views! Colcord Mountain Hideaway is an 800 sq foot second story studio with a lower level kitchenette. Perfect for a romantic couples weekend or a family of four. Located just under the Mogollon Rim lookout and near Woods Canyon Lake, the area offers lots of trails for hiking, biking or horseback riding! Horse stalls are $25 each. We have a round pen nearby. No dogs unless we have talked about it. The space This property is adjacent to Colcord Mountain Retreat and both can be rented together or individually. Each has their own entry for privacy when rented individually. Both rentals are located near The Homestead and all together there is just under 7 acres to roam. If you are interested in history and I am there, I can give you a tour of the historic Homestead. There are trails for horseback riding very near our property and I'd be happy to direct you to the best way to access those. Guest access This property is so much fun! We have converted a garage into a kitchenette with living space. Open the garage door to have an indoor/outdoor nature experience! The loft above is newly renovated with a king size bed, a sofa bed, and a full-size bean bag bed! Getting in is easy with a touch keypad! Clear out the one to two numbers and when you get a full set of numbers, enter your one-time access code. Other things to note Horses are welcome! We have a $25 per horse stall fee that will be added after booking. We expect guests to clean up after their horses! Please let me know if I can guide you to some of my favorite off-property trails!
