Cozy condo in Incline Village

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is our vacation home and that is what we call our little Heaven! In the heart of Incline Village, our Condo has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will also be able to enjoy the amenities at the Condo, as a pool, a game room, hot tub and sauna! The Forest Pines Condominium is in the heart of Incline Village, close to the best restaurants, the Ski Resorts and the best trails. The space Our place has 1,525 square feet and is very cozy. The first floor has three bedrooms: - 1 bedroom with a king size bed - 1 bedroom with two bunk beds (4 beds in total) - 1 bedroom has a sofa bed (queen size) and is also used as a TV room when we have less than 10 people staying in our Condo. The first floor also includes one bathroom, laundry room and lots of closets. Second floor will have the living room with an electric fire place, main bedroom with a bathroom, full kitchen and balcony. Guest access Guests will receive a code to have access to the Condo. Information will be provided 48h before your check-in date. This condo does not provide access to the private beaches in Incline Village. Other things to note No pets allowed as my kids are very allergic to pets. No parties allowed as the Condo has many residents and HOA is very strict with after hours noise. No smokers allowed in the Condo. No access to the private beaches in Incline Village. Only 2 cars allowed to have parked in the Condo per Unit. Cars should be parked in the Main Street inside the complex. Fire Lane can only be used to load/unload the cars.
