Welcome to our home! Our 3 bedroom/5 bed flat is located in the neighbourhood of Rosenborg, just a 10 min walk from the city center. Everything you need (shops, attractions, buses, gym, train,...) is just short walk away. The garden is perfect for a barbeque! Free parking just behind the house. Pets welcome. Natural materials and plants make this home stand out! We only rent out our home when we are travelling. We hope you will feel right at home! The space Our flat has a funny room plan: our main floor is on the ground floor, but we have a bedroom in the attic, and a washing room and bedroom in the basement. If you need to use all bedrooms, or the washer, you will need to walk stairs! The flat is around 110 sqm (1200 sqf), with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, kitchen, a washing room and a small garden. We spent a lot of time renovating our flat and have really transformed it to a bright family home full of plants and life. We are not quite done yet, and you will see there is some skirting board missing, as well as some unpainted spots in areas. However, everything is fully functional, and very clean! Guest access Private entrance. You will have the whole space to yourself. The little garden in front of the house is private, but neighbours are allowed to walk through. You will get an access code for the electronic lock, so check-in and check-out are unproblematic. The park behind the house is private and accessible to the neighbours who live in the small row of houses on the stretch of street in the back. You are very much welcome to use this area. It is perfect for kids to play while you relax with a book, for a barbecue, to hang in a hammock or just to enjoy the wind in the trees (please keep it quiet after 21:00). Private parking spot just behind the house. Please be aware that there is no charging point for electric vehicles. Other things to note We have a dog and a cat, and while our pets won't be around during your stay, you might want to keep that in mind if you are allergic. After booking, you will receive a pdf document packed with tips for the flat and for Trondheim. The document will contain detailed information on access, how to contact us, how to get around, what you can expect, and what we would like you to keep in mind.
