The well-designed layout with a living area and kitchenette provides comfort and convenience during your stay. Nearby you will find a “Stokrotka” grocery store, a bakery and a small local market open in the mornings. A large shopping center is just a few minutes’ walk away, and good public transport connections make it easy to get around Koszalin. The space Cozy studio apartment (30 m²) with a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and wardrobe. Perfect for 1–2 adults or a person with a small child (up to 3 years old – a travel cot can be added). 🛋 Layout and equipment Bedroom area: 120x200 cm bed (comfortable for 1 person). Living room: 140x200 cm fold-out sofa bed for an additional guest. Wardrobe: large, spacious, for clothes and luggage. Bathroom: spacious shower Wardrobe: washing machine and additional storage space. 🍳 Kitchenette The kitchen has been fully equipped so that you can comfortably prepare meals: - fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker - dripper - a set of pots, pans, plates, mugs, glasses and cutlery. 📺 Multimedia and Internet - terrestrial TV, Netflix, HBO, Canal+, - high-speed wireless Internet (also ideal for remote work). 🧺 Additional amenities - iron, ironing board, - east-facing windows – bright mornings. 🚗 Parking Free parking spaces (residential) are available around the building. It is not possible to reserve a place. ℹ️ Important information - The apartment is on the second floor in a building from the 70s, no elevator. - Due to the age of the building, the staircase does not look modern, but the apartment itself has been decorated comfortably and modernly to ensure a comfortable stay. - Self check-in – on the day of arrival we send instructions and access codes (intercom + key box). Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment: a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Guests are welcome to use all appliances and equipment available in the apartment. We provide a starter set of toiletries and cleaning supplies. For longer stays, replenishing these items is the responsibility of the Guests. Self check-in is available via a key lockbox located on the apartment door. Detailed instructions will be sent on the day of arrival around 2:00–2:30 PM. We usually send all information to the phone number provided on Airbnb so that you have quick and easy access to the instructions. Other things to note – check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM, – early check-in (1:00 PM) or late check-out (1:00 PM) may be possible – in both cases for an additional fee of 40 PLN, – smoking is not allowed in the apartment, – pets are not permitted, – quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM and parties are not allowed, – only Guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay in the apartment – in case of violation Airbnb will be informed, – the apartment is not equipped with special child safety features – parents are responsible for the safety of their children, – the building does not have an elevator, and there are thresholds inside the apartment, – the minimum age for the person making the reservation is 18 years, – additional equipment available: travel crib (100 PLN per stay) and high chair (free of charge), – waste separation is mandatory – containers are located in the garbage area next to the building, – parking is free and publicly available, – Guests are required to leave the apartment in good condition.
