Nestled back in the woods of Winterhaven Resort, this recently updated home boasts privacy and proximity to a sandy swimming beach and Winterhaven Bar and Grill in the summer and right on the snowmobile trails in the winter. It is located just 20 minutes from Ladysmith, WI. This spacious home, perfect for families or a getaway with friends, comes with a large deck & outdoor space for grilling and spending time around the fire. The space Enjoy the great outdoors! Pulaski Lake is a beautiful, quiet lake that is 125 acres and maximum depth of 40 feet. Fish are plentiful, including Walleye, Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike and Musky. This property is just a short walk to a sandy beach to play and swim! There is also a shared space for a playground and volleyball court. End the night around the campfire roasting s’mores and enjoying the sights and sounds of the nature around you or enjoy some great food, drink, and music including homemade pizza and a great fish fry, at the Winterhaven Bar and Grill located by the beach at the campground resort. The home includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one with a bathtub), a large kitchen with plenty of cooking and eating utensils, and a dining area. The large deck and patio off the back is a great place to enjoy with family and friends. It is complete with outdoor dining, a grill, and a firepit area. There are also two 50”+ Roku TV’s (living room and master bedroom) and high-speed fiber optic internet perfect for multiple devices and remote work. A wagon with beach towels, chairs, and beach toys is available for your use during your stay. This place is a great getaway with all the conveniences of home you need! Guest access The entire home, including the outdoor deck space and fire pit, as well as a full basement, is available to guests. Parking is available in the driveway next to the house with plenty of space for several cars and your toys! Guests are also welcome to use the playground, volleyball court, and the campground's sandy beach. The Winterhaven Bar is within walking distance and is a great place to grab some food and drinks.
