The flat has a double bed (140 cm wide) and a comfortable sofa making the place suitable for maximum 3 grown ups, but also for families with kids - baby cot, high chair and a potty are provided. Being centrally heated, the place is warm during the colder months and the AC keeps the temperature in check during the warmer times. The flat is modern, but the house is old and common rooms, even well kept, need some renovations which are underway.
