Come and recharge your batteries in this cozy accommodation located 800 meters from Epernay train station, its city center and its pretty Avenue de Champagne! This Cocoon, located on the banks of the river, called the Marne, has been recently refurbished. It is conveniently located for discovering the city of Epernay, strolling along the river or discovering the small Champagne villages of the surroundings such as Hautvillers renowned for its famous Abbey and the famous Dom Pérignon! The space Decorated with passion by me, I hope my apartment will charm you and contribute to a pleasant stay in Champagne. Meals can be enjoyed outdoors thanks to the courtyard attached to the accommodation! Other things to note ⚠️Please respect these conditions: - No parties - Respect for the neighborhood, especially after 10pm - No smoking allowed Around the accommodation: Close to all amenities, close to a bakery, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy, tobacco store. Free parking spaces right in front of the accommodation. Small clarification: during the harvest period (end of August/beginning of September) it is possible that the spaces become scarcer, or a little further away
