[Majella-National Park]Grandma Maria's House

In the heart of the Majella National Park, in the historic center of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, there is "la casa di Nonna Maria", a place for us grandchildren now adults, happy and carefree childhood. 2 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen and bathroom, where we tried to insert every comfort, such as wifi, smart tv, pellet stoves slim, taking care to preserve the essential elements for our indelible memories. The space The Casa Di Nonna Maria" is ideal for a trip with your partner, family, or friends with 2 or 4 legs. Peace and quiet, but at the same time a stone’s throw from: City Hall, restaurants, pizzerias, ATM, pharmacy, tobacco, convenience store, butcher, greengrocers, herbal shop with its own honey production, bakeries, pastry, post office, souvenir shops, appliances, newsagents, florist, home goods stores, linen shops. You will also find several ancient buildings, such as the Holy Trinity, the Church of San Domenico, the church of S. Nicola and the Abbey of Santa Maria Maggiore, the latter built entirely of local stone with Romanesque-Gothic characters of the fifteenth century. The main room is located on the upper floor, where you will find a queen-size bed, antique furniture and from the balcony you will enjoy a view of the mountains and the village itself. The second room has 2 single beds and panoramic views. The living room, very bright, in addition to the dining table and an antique sideboard, is furnished with a comfortable sofa on which you can watch TV or read books of those made available, heated by the slim stove. The small kitchen, but equipped with every comfort, including an electric coffee machine, is the part of the house that has kept the memory of other times. Guest access The house overlooks a stone staircase that leads to the Town Hall. There are free parking spaces along the entire street and area, as well as a parking area called "La Vallocchia" a few minutes away from the property. Other things to note Being an ancient building, in a mountain resort, the house is very cool even in the hottest summer periods. I always recommend a jacket for August evenings!
