If you're arriving from Malpensa Airport, take the Malpensa Express to Garibaldi Station (not Central Station). Upon exiting the Garibaldi Station, IMPORTANT: follow the signs for the Via Guglielmo Pepe exit, near platform 20 of the station. From that exit, you're immediately there. Within the first day of arrival, as required by Italian law, guests are required to send photos of an identification document for each guest staying in the house.
