Our 4-cabin waterfront village is the perfect retreat for any group of up to 16 people. Whether you have a few families, a few couples, or a group of friends, this spot balances Maine's natural beauty with creature comforts & style. We rent the cabins as one booking so you won't see strangers during your stay! This listing is part of an upscale wedding venue & these cabins accommodate the wedding party & families. When we don't host weddings, we rent the cabins on AirBnB for guests to enjoy! The space Each cabin has a bedroom and its own indoor bathroom. All cabins have large bay windows with water or treetop views. Here is a breakdown of each cabin's sleeping capacity: • Lobster Cabin: Queen Bed with Trundle, sleeps up to 3 people • Fish Cabin: Queen Bunk Bed with Trundle, sleeps up to 5 people • Whale Cabin: Queen Bunk Bed with Trundle, sleeps up to 5 people • Bird Cabin: Queen Bed with Trundle, sleeps up to 3 people All guests share an outdoor kitchen, and an incredible yard with fireplace & Adirondack chairs overlooking Penobscot Bay! Guest access Guests have access to: The four cabins The yard in front of the cabins The yard overlooking the water 9 adult Adirondack Chairs & 3 child Adirondack Chairs Campire Pit Outdoor kitchen and all its dishes Guests do not have access to: The big house on the far side of the property The small cottage down by the water (separate entrance) Other things to note Safety Announcement! We are on an estuary, where the Penobscot River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a very strong tidal current, and therefore it is not safe to swim directly from our property. There are amazing beaches very close by!
