Non-touristic: cozy room, good wifi, quite area
Description
Please mind that it is not an hotel or hostal. We rent a room in our flat where we live - me and my husband. It is an ideal place for digital nomads, or any people who work online or coming to Valencia for studies. We try to make you feel like at home. Quiet space, nice zone with a lot of supermarkets around and a bus stop just on the next street. In 15 minutes by bus you are in the center of Valencia; or in 5 minutes by bus you are at the metro station During your stay I will be happy to give you all the information you need about Valencia, places of interest and activities, or about our area, or about the things in our flat, or whatever. Please feel free to ask me everything you need. I live in Valencia for about 7 years, and my husband Ximo was born here, so we can give you a lot of interesting and useful information. If me and my husband are at home, we can have a coffee together if you like. If you prefer less comunication it’ s also a good option. Other things to note Before booking: read the house rules and additional information carefully. After booking: — According to Spanish law (Real Decreto 933/2021 – BOE 257, 27/10/2021), all guests must be registered, just like in a hotel. I’ll send you a link to the online check-in form. Each guest needs to fill it out. If you’re coming with someone, both of you must complete the form before arrival. — Check the sections “How to get there” and “How to access the apartment”. They include important and useful details to make your arrival easier. — We need to agree on the exact check-in time. Let me know when you expect to arrive. Keep in mind that both my husband and I work, so sometimes we can only meet you around 7 PM. However, in many cases we can arrange an earlier check-in – and we’ll be happy to do so if possible. THE HOUSE RULES We expect our Airbnb guests to respect our home and the basic rules of shared living. That means simple things like: — Keep the shared areas clean, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Clean plates, gas stove and kitchen sink after cooking. — Avoid cooking food with a strong smell (like shrimp, for example). It is totally forbidden to store cooked food with garlic or other strong-smelling ingredients in the fridge. In any case, always keep your food in the fridge covered. — Respect silence and avoid disturbing noise. If you listen to music, watch movies, YouTube, etc., make sure only you can hear it, but not others in the flat. The same goes for phone calls: only your conversation partner should hear you, and only you should hear them. For video calls, use headphones. In general, please speak quietly when using the phone. Silence is sacred. — Do not invite anyone who is not registered as a guest. (Visitors are strictly not allowed.) — When using the washing machine, kitchen, or bathroom, keep in mind that others need them too. Don’t leave wet laundry in the washing machine or dry clothes on the lines longer than necessary. — The bathroom must be available between 6:30 and 8:00 AM so that we (the hosts) can get ready for work. You’re welcome to use it during that time, but please don’t block it for too long – for example, with a long shower. — Please avoid using the shower or cook food at night time after 10:30 -11:00 pm, as it keeps us (the hosts) awake, and we have to wake up very early for work. — Washing machine use: max twice a week per room (not per person). — Always lock the front door with the key, whether you’re leaving or staying in. — The socket where the desk lamp is plugged in should be used only for the lamp or charging your phone. For other devices (like a laptop, hairdryer, etc.), use the other sockets – where the fan or heater is plugged in. — Don’t take the towels or blanket to the beach – they are for indoor use only. (Beach towels are in the closet.) — If you’re coming with a pet, I’ll send you a few additional rules to follow. — If the hosts (me or my husband) remind you of one of these rules, or ask you to pay attention to something else for the sake of shared comfort, please follow it without explanation or discussion – just to save time.
